O.D. Seal Transition “Wayne Design”

O-rings sit in a grooved sleeve that encases the PE pipe’s outside wall. Within the PE pipe, a steel retainer pushes outward, compressing the pipe and creating a permanent leak-proof seal with a tensile strength far greater than the PE pipe itself.

I.D. Seal Transition “Lyco Design”

A smooth sleeve encases the PE pipe, while a steel barbed spigot within the PE pipe pushes outward, hooking the pipe and creating a leak-proof seal and tensile strength that is far greater than the PE pipe itself.
