Company Background

Company History

R.W. Lyall & Company (Lyall) is a privately held corporation founded in 1970 by Robert W. Lyall. Mr. Lyall built his company with the intent of manufacturing the best pipeline components available to the natural gas industry. With an emphasis on quality and a business philosophy that puts the needs of the customer above all else, Mr. Lyall
succeeded in that mission, and today, his children maintain this legacy of quality with continually expanding operations that now include 200,000 square feet of manufacturing space in two facilities located in Corona, California and New Berlin, Wisconsin. More than 200 employees produce and distribute 17 Lyall product lines across North America.

Lyall is a family company, and as such, we take great pride in maintaining a family-oriented culture, atmosphere and value system. The phrase, “strong customer relationships”, isn’t a mere talking point at Lyall. It is the foundation of our business. More than 40 years of experience has taught us that integrity, quality and relationships are the best ways to achieve lasting success as a top-performing company, and those are the principles that guide us today and always.

Manufacturing Excellence

Each item in the Lyall catalog reflects the high standards and customer focus that are the heart of the Lyall brand. Our components, tools and specialty fabrication items are manufactured under strict quality control guidelines that evolve continuously with the industry.

Lyall employs the “Lean” enterprise model of business management and manufacturing, which means that our customers’ needs come first. Our inno-vative designs, excellence in manufacturing and comprehensive product selection are the sum-total of our careful study of you, our customer.

As one of the most recognized and respected lean manufacturers in the United States, Lyall prides itself on sustainable and cost effective production methods. Our minimal to zero waste operation helps us to provide our customers with a product that is not only safe and reliable, but is affordable and of a consistently excellent quality.
